Lauren is licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#59857). She is also a board approved clinical supervisor. Lauren is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Council on Social Work Education.

Clinical Supervision
Lauren offers clinical supervision for LMSWs in Texas using a strengths-based, relational-cultural approach that fosters growth, confidence, and professional identity. Her supervision style emphasizes meaningful connection, reflective practice, and real-world application to help supervisees develop into effective and ethical clinical social workers. Supervision with Lauren is a supportive space where feedback is honest, learning is collaborative, and both personal and professional development are deeply valued. Lauren currently has open spots for clinical supervision.
Training and Consultation
Lauren offers engaging, customized trainings and consultations for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations on topics such as trauma-informed care, crisis management, school-based services, and staff wellness. With deep experience as a school social worker and program coordinator, she brings practical expertise to every session—whether it’s leading a professional development workshop or advising on mental health programming in schools.
