Lauren Ivy Sieja, DSW, LCSW-S, is a licensed clinical social worker, board-approved supervisor, and social work scholar specializing in maternal mental health, rural social work, and school-based services. She earned her Doctorate in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she researched maternal burnout in rural East Texas, and holds an MSSW from The University of Texas at Austin. Her professional background includes clinical practice across the lifespan, school social work, adjunct teaching in social work and school psychology, and macro practice and policy work. Dr. Ivy Sieja’s leadership and service include roles on multiple state and community boards, and her scholarship includes a peer-reviewed publication and presentations at state, national, and international conferences. She maintains a private therapy practice and provides clinical supervision to LMSWs pursuing licensure.
